After 51 minutes Erwin Guy put diddlelkes ahead 3 – 0 as he rose to head in a hooked ball, the result of an effort from the right side. The visitors reduced the score in the 71st minute to 3 – 1 as a free kick by Lóránt Albert slunk past the home sides goaltender. Hiroshi Kimio had a couple of good opportunities to reply, but the home team´s goaltender Tom Brouwer just wouldn´t surrender. In the games 78:th minute Universitar´s Bogdan Crãciun head butted an opponent nastily and so the referee sent him off immediately. A speedy charge from the left side of the field put diddlelkes lead up with 4 – 1. Erwin Guy finished that one off competently, firing from an acute angle. The structure of the game started to change as diddlelkes decided to pull back and meet their opponents in the defensive zone. Erwin Guy increased diddlelkess lead to 5 – 1 by putting a header away on a hooked ball from the right. This third goal made a hat trick for Erwin Guy. diddlelkes held the ball, with a clear 60 percent possession rate.
Most important diddlelkes player was Erwin Guy. Michel Huet on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Universitar player was without a doubt Zakhar Alyabyev. Csongor Hidegkuti was a disappointment, however. The match ends 5 – 1.
